The Walters Art Museum and the Maryland Art Education Association (MAEA) celebrate students’ artistic achievements with an exhibition of artworks inspired by the Walters’ collection. MAEA advocates for and advances art education in Maryland to fulfill human potential and promote global understanding. During the school year, the Walters Art Museum is excited to host exhibitions on the museum’s Sculpture Court that highlight artworks by students throughout the state of Maryland. In celebration of the MAEA Student Art Exhibition, the Walters will host a reception for participating students and their families on Sunday, November 8, 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m.
