Come and enjoy a day, with other couples, to get ready for the arrival of your baby. We offer a one day Childbirth Preparation Class which includes an overview of Labor & Delivery, signs and symptoms of labor, early, active and transitional labor, procedures common in labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques, cesarean section, pain medication, epidural management, and post partum.

Included are birthing videos, a tour of Labor and Delivery, the Nursery and Postpartum. Lunch, snacks and beverages are provided. We recommend dressing comfortably.
