Join Art with a Heart on Friday, July 31st from 5:00 - 9:00 pm for Shop & Bop! This event celebrates Art with a Heart's Summer Job Program students from Youth Empowered Society (YES); TurnAround, Inc.; Faith Presbyterian Church Baltimore; and Youth Opportunity Center Baltimore, Hebcac and their artistic creations.

This event will also feature food trucks and local vendors organized byRelay Foods, an online grocery store providing local, organic, and natural foods to the Baltimore/DC metro area. We will also have DJ Bill Brown playing the latest hits and live music from The Anatomy of Frank, a post-rock/pop band from VA. Shop & Boppers will also have the opportunity to get involved in a community art project while enjoying the celebration. Join us for tons of food, music, shopping, art, raffle prizes, and fun!

More on Art with a Heart's Summer Job Program: This program provides a safe space for at-risk youth (ages 14-24) to experience a collaborative work environment and to increase their job readiness and life skills. Participants will work on creating marketable art for HeARTwares (Art with a Heart's retail store and social enterprise) 5 days a week for 4-5 weeks, while experiencing the value of generating income from the sale of their own creations.
