Share your journey exploring Baltimore’s Lasting Legacy!

A Lasting Legacy: Baltimore's African American Heritage Passport is available at major public events and at PNC Bank branches across the city. The Lasting Legacy passport groups sites of African American heritage by geography: sites in downtown Baltimore, sites in West Baltimore, sites in Fell’s Point, and a specific section on the historic Mount Auburn Cemetery. All of the sites are within the boundaries of the Baltimore National Heritage Area. Basic site information is provided, including a physical address and telephone number and website address if available.
As you visit the places highlighted in the passport, take a selfie with friends and family in front of the sites, then post on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #LastingLegacy. Individuals with the highest number of unique posts by June 30, 2015 will be entered into a random drawing for five great (and distinctly Baltimore!) prizes.

Site descriptions and information are also online at www.explorebaltimore.org. For sites open to the public, please call ahead or check online for hours of operation and admission fees. While the passport itself is free, please note that the passport is not an entrance ticket or free pass to any site.

The heritage passport is made possible by the generosity of The PNC Foundation.
