Students explore electrolytic etching with a variety of metals. Various techniques and applications, including photo, transfer, and free-form etching, will be covered. Patinas and surface treatments to enhance etched surfaces will be explored as well. These process add depth and texture to jewelry and metal objects by allowing an exciting variety of surfaces to be produced.

No experience necessary.

$150 + $50 materials fee (includes cost of individual take-home setup for each participant)
