The event features a panel discussion with Judith A. Britz, Ph.D., former executive director of the BioMaryland Center; Alison G. Brown, senior vice president & chief strategy officer of the University of Maryland Medical System; Gloria A. Flach, corporate vice president, Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems; and Kathryn B.
