DANCE FROM AROUND THE WORLD TAKES THE STAGE

Dance Baltimore’s Annual Global Expressions Concert at the

Gordon Center, Sunday, February 22nd

(Baltimore, MD) Presenting dance from around the world, Dance Baltimore offers an evening of dance ensembles of varying cultures in Global Expressions: A World Dance Showcase. An annual production, Global Expressions is a vibrant display of live music, colorful costumes and exciting movement and dance. On stage, at the Gordon Center for Performing Arts, 3609 Gwynnbrook Avenue, Owings Mills, MD, Global Expressions defines who we are as a diverse community. Global Expressions is Sunday, February 22, 2015, 3 p.m. and features sensual social dance by Rueda de Casino Baltimore, intergenerational performance by Natya Kala Mandir East Indian Dance, and the momentous drumming and dancing of the Korean Performing Arts Academy of America. The concert also includes a special guest performance by Yesodot Israeli Youth Dance. Maria Broom, "The Story Dancer" will be the Host.

Global Expressions is an annual event presented by Dance Baltimore, an arts service organization, with a mission to enhance the role of dance throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area.
