Sweet Adelines International is hosting the 2014 Young Women Harmony Festival, free of charge to women age 25 or younger, on November 1 and 4, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland. Two local accomplished music educators, Bev Bruening and Ali Hauger of Sweet Adelines International’s Dundalk Chorus will serve as festival clinicians, where they will introduce each student to the rich elements of singing four-part, a cappella harmony in the barbershop style.

This YWIH festival is open to middle school, high school and college-age female performers. On Saturday, Nov. 1 Participants will engage in an exhilarating day of fun and educational rehearsals, filled with music, singing and dancing! The festival experience will culminate in an exciting chorus performance on the evening of Tuesday, November 4, 2014. They will perform a 10-minute show package on the Sweet Adelines International stage at the Baltimore Convention Center in front of an audience of more than 3,000 and webcast to thousands of fans across the globe.
