Baltimore's favorite gypsy jazz group, Hot Club of Baltimore, led by guitarist Michael Joseph Harris, will team up with up-and-coming Brazilian Saxophonist Michel Nirenberg, here in the US for a fall performing tour in the regions. He and Harris will play lively tunes from the gypsy jazz repertoire of Europe as well as the infectious , energetic music styles from Brazil, recalling Harris' alter ego as a Latin jazz guitarist in venues such as Bossa Bistro (DC). The band will include the highly talented Sami Arefin (guitar) and Shawn Simon (bass). Tickets $20 general admission, $10 students with ID
