The Peale Center for Baltimore History and Architecture

The Peale Center for Baltimore History and Architecture is based in the historic Peale Museum, the first purpose-built museum in the country. The building is now being renovated and will reopen in 2020 as a platform for Baltimore’s diverse communities to share their cultural stories; a media maker space to produce new narratives about Baltimore; and a laboratory for cultural innovation.
