Join us for a day of free events, lectures, and activities focused on jewelry making and how it impacts our culture. This Symposium is held in conjunction with the ongoing project Radical Jewelry Makeover: Baltimore, which is a community mining and recycling project. Presenters include: Susie Ganch, Brad Brooks-Rubin, Sheri Parks, Jo Briggs, and Kathleen Kennedy. Demos and mini-workshops include: pouring metal ingots, cuttlefish casting, photosensitive fiber printing, silicone casting, mold-making. There will also be activities for everyone, including selfies with donated jewelry, jewelry playstations, studio tours, food, and more!!!
