Museum After Hours with Tony Auth

Johns Hopkins University's Evergreen Museum & Library hosts a Museum After Hours reception for its 2017 Artist in Residence, Tony Auth (Maryland Institute College of Art, BFA Ceramics), who will lead a tour through his indoor/outdoor site specific installation "Melding Museum and City" at 6 p.m.

See a special one-night-only gathering of art cars, wander through Evergreen's first-floor historic rooms, discover rare Shakespeare materials drawn from the John Work Garrett Library, and enjoy light refreshments.

Then at 7:30 p.m. head to the Evergreen Meadow to see Love's Labor's Lost under the stars by the Baltimore Shakespeare Factory. Museum After Hours guests will receive a voucher for one half-price general admission ticket ($10). Picnicking is welcome in the Meadow (bring short chairs, blankets & bug spray). 7:30pm pre-show; 8pm curtain.
