On September 6, 2014, the Brigance Brigade Foundation will team up with Aberdeen-resident Justin Coulter for the 3rd annual Skydive for a Cure, which aims to raise funds to benefit victims of ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease). The event will take place from 9am – 5pm at the Harford County Airport.

Attendees will be dropping from the sky with the help of professional skydivers from Skydive Baltimore and landing in the ‘Drop Zone,’ a party featuring live music, food vendors, raffles, carnival games and exciting activities for kids.

All of the funds raised at Skydive for a Cure III will be donated to the Brigance Brigade Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides patient service assistance and support to ALS patients and families in an effort to improve their quality of life. Justin Coulter founded Skydive For a Cure after he lost his father to the disease in May of 2013. Since then, Coulter has been organizing sky diving events with the intent of raising funds to help those suffering from ALS.
