Common Senses features collaborative artwork and immersive installations that trigger multi-sensory experiences in order to ignite new forms of perception. These parallel, audience-driven exhibitions offer macro and micro experiences through a focus on interactive participation and accessibility. The first part of the exhibition happens on February 3rd and runs through February 25th, 2017 with the opening reception on February 4th from 5-8pm at Project 1628. The second part of the exhibition opens on April 2nd with the opening reception on the same day from 4-6pm, and runs till April 30th, 2017 at the Eubie Blake National Jazz Institute and Cultural Center.
