MICA and the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland present Immigration, Racism, and the Changing Face of the Nation, with Washington Post columnist and NPR commentator E.J. Dionne, Guggenheim fellowship winner and performance artist Tania Bruguera, and National Immigration Law Center Director Marielena Hincapie. The free symposium will be moderated by WYPR’s Maryland Morning host Tom Hall. A limited number of free tickets will be available to the general public starting at 3pm that day.
