A presentation of the Howard County Coalition to End IPV (Intimate Partner Violence)’s 2016 Dialogue Series, this program seeks to increase awareness and end silence around domestic violence. Learning the warning signs for intimate partner violence in our communities is a critical way to prevent tragedy from occurring.
