Learn to get shape and volume from your metal without the use of hammers. Through the use of the hydraulic press, students will be able to quickly and easily create three dimensional objects in metal. Techniques covered will include embossing dies, non-conforming dies, matrix dies, punches and various combinations of these. Use hydraulics instead of muscle power to create one of a kind pieces, multiples of the same unit, or variations of texture. No experience necessary.
