Beginning students learn the traditional techniques of cloisonne, champleve, and plique-a-jour. Students are able to apply enamels to both jewelry and sculptural objects, using their own designs in both traditional and experimental ways. The emphasis throughout this course is on creative thinking, design and mastery of technical skills. No experience necessary.
