Harford Plein Air Quick Draw Competition
The Harford Plein Air Quick Draw Competition hosted by Center for the Arts in Harford County, is a fun and quick outdoor painting competition open to all artists. The Quick Draw Competition will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2016 8:00am-12noon, rain or shine, along Main Street in the Town of Bel Air, MD. Awards will be presented by Hai-Ou Hou.
