StoryCorps is one of the largest oral history projects in the U.S., traveling the country year-round recording the stories, life experiences and conversations of everyday people – and they’ve been in Baltimore since May 16 capturing 150 local stories. In celebration of these local stories, WYPR and MICA will host a StoryCorps listening event, where the public will have the opportunity to listen to handpicked stories, watch animations, and talk with the StoryCorps facilitators as well as WYPR and MICA staff.
